<div></div>I see a lot of screenshots of fabled two-handed swords, but not a lot of the spears and hammers and so on. I saw someone with Grotrot the Flayer last night and it's a pretty cool looking spear. Anyone got any cool two-handers? I've been looking for a new two-hander and I want to make sure I don't accidentally slice my tail off on something nasty. Besides, I've never actually seen any of these weapons. Two handed is on the left, dual-weild using with a shield is on the right. Both attack animations are the same and the Wurmslayer cuts into the shield most of the time, especially with a tower shield. The Wurmslayer has a very bright light effect on it that cancels out any other light effects you have on. It doesn't cut into my tail.<img src="http://poobacca.blogspot.com/milaga-cudgelofpain.jpg">Cudgel of Pain. The stats, proc and damage on it are all good, but it looks like a bowling pin. It has no particle effect. I am embarassed to be seen with this weapon at my side.<div></div>

Thanks. As a slight thread hijack (it's a question about a fabled weapon <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />), does anyone know what mob/zone drops the blade of numinos (sp?). It's a mage only fabled 1h dagger, stats are 20sta, 28wis, 28int I think.

only ever seen it drop once, doesn't have a particle effect and i generally call it "the giant spatula" simply because its about 3 inches thick and has no visable sharp edge. it does look just like the icon though. never played an FF game, so no idea how much it looks like clouds sword. will pester a friend that has it later when they are done in DT (im sat out as im lazy <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />)

<div></div>That Heaven's Cloud is a pretty cool weapon and most definitely a reference to FFVII. It's called Heaven's "Cloud", refering to Cloud Strife, the main character of FFVII. Graphically, it looks remarkably similar to Cloud's signature weapon; the Buster Sword. Furthermore, Heaven's Cloud actually procs something called a "break", refering to the infamous Limit Breaks. All that, and EQ2 does seem to enjoy subtle pop culture references, not unlike Blizzard. I concur with the above user. Heaven's Cloud is certainly an homage to FFVII and I think they did a wonderful job as well. I got Infirmity waiting for my Trouby to get up to lvl - I've seen it though and it's pretty sweet - it's got a serrated edge like Retribution, but it has a green drippy kind of particle effect.  He's got a little way to go, but I'll post when i can.
