Question about deathmarch (not about the new change)

It should give the March buff icon as soon as it is cast. The 'On the March' looks like a small, light blue rectangle.<div></div>

Yeah, this isn't the first report of it.  I've noticed it a few times too.  I always seem to get the benefits of DM when I cast it (really noticeable on the casting times), but the On the March icon doesn't always show up until after a mob is killed.  Seems completely random.  Sometimes I cast it the icon shows up and starts ticking away.  Sometimes I cast it but the icon doesn't appear at all until a mob is killed.

depends who gets the death blow.if your summoned pet kills it, DM doesnt proc. same for all dumbfire pets.wierd that i've never noticed it not going of when it should, but the oposite... it sometiems seems to go off for no reason (never during combat or at any useful time), but if everything is dead, nothing happening... it procs. on the march then ends, few seconds later DM ends... only happned a few times, but definatly wierd <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Tested this issue about a week ago while on the serverwide channel. It's a range thing, if any of your group members leave the range of death march (group buff range) and re-enter the area, On the March is reapplied whether it was initally active or not. You can spam do this over and over as a test with ease. My wifes comp is right next to mine so it was fairly simple. Zoning also counts for being out of range, they are entering the range on zone in so it procs On the March.
