Agro buff from strength line

I had tried the agro AA from str line early in KoS. It was a buff that was automatically up after each zoning. It was possible to cancel it from the effect, and i assumed it was down then, but i wasn't even sure of that. I have respeced long since (and a few times), and never took that AA again. Considering the str line again, i might consider to test it again. Therefore,  i'd like to know how it currently works. Is it a self buff that you can cast when you need it and not have up when you are not tanking? Cause i already have enough problems with pulling agro when i am not tanking, don't want to buff it when not needed.<div></div>

If you highlight over the ability, you will notice it says "Passive Spell," meaning it is always in effect. No matter what the scenario may be.

<DIV>It shouldn't even show an icon.  it just automatically adjusts.  they recently added some displays for that and other stuff (Flowing thought, regen, haste, attack mods, casting speed mods) in your persona window.</DIV>
