<DIV>First off I would like to thank everyone for all the comments on the SK class and what to do with AA's and weaponry. </DIV> <DIV>I am a SK and I duo with a Warden. I thought I had it all figured out and all I had to do was hit auto attack and hit a spell button every once in a while to kill what ever MOB. I have now realized that there is much more to it.</DIV> <DIV>With my current setup, I really don't raid. </DIV> <DIV>I would like to know what AA path I should choose? It looks like INT for spell crits and STA for HP's.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have also read that you need to wait until your Auto Attack hits before you cast your spells, is this correct? It seems like a lot of work to watch that chat window for every fight, especially since I have to run the Warden.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It also seems that I should get another weapon with a slower DPS to get more DPS, that in itself makes no since to me, but since the Spells stop the auto attack I guess it does. So I think I should get a 2 hander with slow DPS, is this correct? I have been looking for them on the broker, but I can't find any good ones.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks so much for your time.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

With a one-handed weapon, I wouldn't bother watching for autoattack swings. With a 2-hander, you need to find a high <i>damage rating, </i>slow 2-handed weapon. Just check the delay and the damage rating on the weapon you have - Kettleleader's Katana is fine, as is Doomwing Dragon Katana, and both are reasonably simple to acquire. My recommendation is to stop 2-boxing, and find some groups for Halls of Fate, and other instances. They're both fine places to acquire good equipment that'll stand you fast until Dark Malevolent or something else comes along.<div></div>

Probably the best and easiest weapon to look for would be the Awakened Skycrest Doomblade.  It has a 2.5 delay, does good damage, and has a wicked proc.  You don't want <i>slow DPS</i> weapons, you want to look for weapons with a <i>long delay, </i>2.5-4 seconds being the sweet spot<i>.  </i>As for timing, I never worried about watching the chat windows...the trick is to cast, pause for about 2 seconds, cast, pause and so on.  As long as you arent queing your spells as you are in the middle of casting one you should do just fine.  The tricky part is setting up your hotbars the right way so you know when you can fit 2 attacks in between auto attack swings without missing a beat <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />as the other poster said, I'd suggest finding groups as opposed to 2-boxing...you can get much better loot that way <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

<P>Thanks again for the tips. I purchased a good 2 hander, and reset my AA's (I only have about 17) to INT. I am now doing about 150 more dps than I was doing before. I have never had trouble keeping agro off my Warden, but this should help in groups.</P> <P> </P> <P>Thanks again</P>
