<DIV>I'm trying to make a SK spreadsheet that will dynamically update spell damage per level based off int. I'm under the assumption that the int formula across the board is :</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>damage=base+(bonus*(int-20/cap int for your level-20))</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Does it seem the same for casters as it does for hybrids? </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thank you, </DIV> <DIV><EM></EM> </DIV><p>Message Edited by Eetog on <span class=date_text>08-10-2006</span> <span class=time_text>11:22 AM</span>

i'm confused =X. ok i get the base but the rest i'm confused on: is the bonus your dps mod bonus, and therefore i assume you're excluding any potential critical spell inc bonses? also, what do you mean for your lvl cap? do you mean [character level] / [cap] or [int] - [character level] / [cap]? i havent checked out int modifications and i'll look into it once i'm back on my SK but as far as pvp damage goes, i've noticed that when paying attention to combat logs and HT damage, that when I was stopped around 26/27 and had my int capped for my level (7*clvl ~= 180-190) that I repeatidly hit pvp players, all cons, green -> red, higher than the max damage range for HT on non-critical hits. I hit a blue con for 1715 once while my pvp damage for HT says the max (w/ max int) is something like 148<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> and I've hit red cons for 1532+ (debuffing of course <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />, but why would the damage your spell tells you when right clicking have any consideration for resistances built in. shouldn't it assume no resistances?) <div></div>
