I'm a 27 SK stopped exp for PvP, about to make a switch to lvl 35 stopped exp for MT (Master II) and Doom Judgement (Adept III).  (1) Ok so Doom Judgement says it dispells all buffs of every magic type w/i 112 levels or so from whoever it hits.  I'm not familiar with how buffs are categorized.  Does this mean that if it lands and is not reistsed, say on an even con player, it will completely strip them of all their buffs?  Please explain.(2) I've seen certain items that would appear to grant SK's the ability to root, snare, or evac.  Ratonga's get a neck for snare and i've seen a charm of the Djinn Master (on a higher lvl char but the charm was lvl 1) that allowed him to "escape" or something.  Is there anyway for a lvl 35 SK to get items that allow him to evac, root, or snare excluding PvP items/pots bought w/ status.  Thanks!<div></div>

1. I am not sure about this myself, because I have used Doom Judgement in duels and it doesnt always work on removing the buffs off a player. However it always seems to take the buff off of mobs. But maybe its because the people I duel are level 70 and that their buffs are at a much higher level. I dont really knwo how it goes within lower levels but I am sure that it would take off a few buffs.2. Why do you need items to allow you to evac? We already get evac as a skill. We also have a snare, our wrath line (long cast time but its very effective if landed). There are also evac roots from the plant you get for buying KoS. <div></div>

you get the snare at 40, and evac at 44.not sure on doom judgement, in duels it doesn't strip everything, but your oponent usually looses a few buffs. but it might also depends on what the buff is considered to be (is it a magic based buff or not?).also "escape of the Djinn master" isn't an evac, its an item that allows you to zone into the shimmering citadel given once completing the access quest. can only be activated from a main above ground zone in DoF. and its casting time is the same as a call. definatly no combat use in it
