With my characters i normally tried to get legendary imbued breastplate and legs, and for the rest i browsed the broker from time to time, and just tried to get the armor with the best stats for my bucks.

To the shield heritage .. all i can say i never ever go again into Deathist Citadel as long as not everything is grey there, because that place simply is a pain in the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn].

Btw.: I noticed yesterday that the stats on the Legendary Journeymans Boots where extremly raised .. so if you don't have them till now, there you will get good boots for level 42

i should hope no SK relies on HT to win a fight.

and giving away the position of you or your group is never a good idea in pvp. there's always a bigger fish...

In the absence of anything better (dropped shields, crafted ones at <50 kinda sook) its pretty decent and is quite easy to get. Get a couple 50ish guildies to take you in there to finish out DFC cause it sux.

The swamp creeps are ph'd by the other dragonfly type creatures along the river. I have seen them spawn as far as the Gulch of Thule and as close as the Tilia's. Just kill them all. But usually you get a batch of 3 swamp creeps that spawn throughout the river. They are either h2 or h3 with two cronies and will stifle and stun you a lot.

What you just said suggests that HT is required to start every successful pvp encounter and as Venymous said, if you NEED TO RELY on HT to win fights than just delete your toon now and roll a class with faster reuse nukes. It's perfectly fine to use HT in pvp battles, don't get me wrong, it can be used strategically to burn down a problem class in group encounters, but to cower behind the spell, using it as a crutch necessary to win battles just makes you look like a [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]. Oh yeah, and you are perfectly right...every scout can see where you are so you might as well just give your position away to everyone else too so some coercer can come gank you because they saw your shield halfway across the zone. That's definately the way to pvp! In fact I think I'm going to log in right now and equip 2 torches in my charm slots...why not? every scout can see me anywhere anyway. Of course that idiotic statement fails to include stupid scouts who don't use see invis and therefore can't track invisible players...but wait, they won't need to...you have your Shiny Brass Shield on so even though you are using an invis totem, everyone can see you! Please tell me you bought your toon on eBay because if you have been playing the game for any length of time using this judgement and mentality, I pity you.

All I was trying to say is, there are days when all you want to do is send a giant beacon into the sky saying come one and all, and I'll smite the first one that gets here...

It's fun. Hell, trying to avoid getting killed while carrying a torch around in the middle of the night in antonica is fun... Add some spice to your life... annonce where you are in whatever way you can, and then get ready for the gauntlet... It's kinda like those 2nd or 3rd to last fights in FPS games where they throw an unheard of number of opponents at you with abilities that make your eyes bleed and you have to try it 5 or 6 times before you get it...

kinda like soloing nest...
