SK Buffs: PvP Quesiton ab Evasive Tactics / Maneuvers

This ability statest hat it grants the target a percent chance to use the caster's avoidance to increase theres.  I notice that when I cast this on someone, their Avoidance staticistic does not go up, but mine does.  I understand this to be b/c there is a chance that when the  target is it, their avoidance will actually increase higher than the shown value.  When this happens, does my avoidance lower?  When i cast the buff, does my avoidance increase soley b/c of an increase in Parry?  Is this a good ability to use in PvP (like put it on other tank, healer, or caster) or are their downsides?  Thanks!<div></div>

Yeah all it does is when you have it cast on a groupmember, when they get hit and a mob makes it through thier avoidence check.. it will reroll based on your avoidence.  The increase in our base avoidence is indeed just from the parry buff it provides.  If you are grouped have it up all the time, there are only benefits.<div></div>
