View Full Version : SK armour at level 30
<DIV>I just dinged 30 last night and realised that most of my armour is getting quite old now. I've got three parts of the AQ and the rest is made up of randomly gathered bits - mostly from quests. To experienced brothers I ask if now is the time to put my hand in my wallet, or whether there are still armour drops enough for me to keep going awhile (would rather spend money on weapons). </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If it is armour buying time is there an "industry standard" armour style to go for at 30? </DIV>

<DIV>With the crafting system revamp all crafted armor has now level x2 .. so level 32 in your case if you look vor mastercrafted armor. Also i'm not sure what type of armor exactly now can be craftet .. on my new mage twink i see that there is now for mages alot of stuff with int and it looks simliliar to t7 stuff, so maybe you can now also get craftet plate armor with int.</DIV>
Thanks for that Beldin. If I need to hang on a couple more levels, some of my armour will be ten levels old! How often do people usually update? sorry for all the newby questions but I don't want to let down a group because I've got rubbish gear or blow gold without any need?<p>Message Edited by Dordur on <span class=date_text>07-07-2006</span> <span class=time_text>03:39 AM</span>

With the crafting changes (armor nerfs), it is probably better than anything you can get crafted, unless you have a complete set of rares.Good luck.</div>

If you have not the rares for mastercrafted, the best is also to browse the broker as often as possible and compare the items there and buy the best you can get for your bucks. Its also not bad if you search for items until maybe 2-3 level over your own current level so that if you see there is maybe a good and cheap item you buy that and wait the until you can wear it <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
