I've been playing my 43 Sk alt and for that last several days my FD seems to be failing alot more than normal (master 1). After it fails, it seems I am stunned/rooted til the mob(s) beat me to death. Anyone else having this problem?

I have 95% chance FD on my lvl 70 sk, it works pretty much every time, i think the % may critical with my AA spell crits of 68% but i may be incorrect, only a developer would really know.

Even when FD fails your still lying face down in the mud. Have your sit key next to it. When it fales hit sit (you'll bounce up) and run for it. When you're training and FD and the mobs deagro, you can hit sit (bounce up) and continue on your way with out waiting for FD to run out.

You don't need the sit key .. simply press X

I also normally only use wasd and space on the keyboard .. however the x is not so far away .. and since i already have 5 full hotbars the sit key was the easiest to delete when i needed another place

My FD fails every time I'm on a horse. I always gotta dismiss it first. Other than that, nope. Loving my Master I FD too.

FD has a probability for failure that is much higher in the earlier levels. As you get upgrades, the percentage of success goes up.

When you trigger FD, even if it fails, you will lay on the ground for 20 seconds unless you indicate to the game that you want to stand up. Of course, there are many ways to stand up. One way is to type /stand from the chat field. Another is to click on the "Sit" button which will toggle between standing and sitting. Hitting the X key also works. Cancelling FD from the Maintained Buffs window works too.

My favorite way to stand up from FD is to create a macro with the command "/stand". I keep the macro right next to the FD button on my hotbar. I don't like the Sit button because it will make you sit down if you press it twice. When the crap is hitting the fan, I don't want to keep track of how many times I pressed the Sit button from a failed FD. I also can't find the X key in a panic situation without taking my eyes off the screen. My FD key is "=" and my stand macro is "-", easy to find when all hell is breaking loose.
