Hammer ground - recast?

What is the recast on the Hammer Ground AA?  Is it any good in PvP?I've been searching the boards, but reset times for these things are never listed anywhere (including some of the other AAs; like the recast on the axe attack self-buff that increases attack speed).

I haven't seen anything about the changes to this particular AA with regards to stun times and epic stunning.  If the stun times are not nerfed, my guess is that they probably won't work on epics.  Even if they don't, this still is a pretty valuable stun.  I may consider putting 8 points into this instead of my Legionnaire's Smite.<div></div>

In your achievement panel you can right click the ability and hit examine which wll bring up the skill window showing recasts, ranges, etc.
