Ok, I have searched every where for the guy that sell our lvl 20 horse spell and I can't find him anywhere. He is supposed to be in North Freeport near the Gate to Stonestair Byway. My map says it's by the tree that is on the scenic overlook. But I can't find him. Does anyone know this NPC name and where to find them...Thanks,stone<div></div>
