<DIV>Has Anyone Done the Path of Wisdom AA that can comment on it? Ive been pumping all my points into INT and STR, however Im thinking about respeccing and taking some points from my STR line and putting them into the WIS line. The Idea of having the group buffs look a little enticing but wanted to maybe get the opinion of those of you that may have tried that already</DIV> <DIV>Thanks for the help </DIV> <DIV>Anecio</DIV>

<div></div><div></div><div></div>I tried it an ultimately went against it. Right now I'm level 66 with my offensive stance Adept III'd: 320str, 212agi, 322sta, 420int, & 190wis, my INT drops to 300 and my wis climbs to 300 when I'm in defensive. While I don't recommend IGNORING wisdom(on the contrary, find pieces of armor that have both INT & WIS if you can.) I don't recommend going whacky with it too. If you're tanking ask your group to divert as much wisdom your way as possible and they usually will. Solo play I'm all about damage output.<div></div><p>Message Edited by Alevyan on <span class=date_text>05-31-2006</span> <span class=time_text>01:16 PM</span>

<P>i have the wis tree built up to the final skill as such 4/4/8/8/8 i found that in particular the 3rd and 4th skills are very good, to the point i have to warn group members that their offensive skills have been increased and aggro becomes an issue. the final ability is in my oppinion the best of our skill lines although that being said i have no particular love of it but have nothing i'd rather put points in for now. my advise on this line is max the 3rd and 4th skills and the last one is purely optional and might be better spent elsewhere.( i wa considering putting somepoints in swiftaxe instead) all in all i am very happy with this aa line but it all depends on your playstyle.</P> <P> </P> <P>hope this makes sense its late and i am tired.</P>

my AA's are currently : WIS 4-4-8-5-1, INT 8-4-8so thats all 50 spent, and in all honesty i find wisdom to be the biggest waste, as im considering respecing to drop the end ability and the health regen. as neither are really worth the points to get them. the health regen with 5 ranks gives about 420 health every minute... not bad for solo, but thats pretty weak considernig one drain vitae heals for that much on a crit (which is 68% of the time).im considering getting back the 13 points from those and getting up to 5 points on the melee crit ability from stamina. its rare that i can cap my stamina, so for raids thats pretty weak even though i dont MT (and i should hope not considering the AA's i've chosen <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />).anyway, the 3rd ability from the wisdom line is definatly worth the points if you max it. it buffs all combat and spell skills by 34. bear in mind that the warlock spell buff at master 1 only buffs for 33... and thats only spells, this AA ability does spells and melee. grouped with a warlock, my disruption skill is over capped at about 422 or more (cap is 420).personally i think the fear immunity is a waste and your better off learning shift+r and crouch to deal with fear, especially AE fear like on raids... theres no point in you being immune when no one else is. i've never had to take over tanking on either of the two fear mobs that i've seen so far.<div></div>
