what is the haste on the axe aa tree

<DIV>i was thingking about specing 5 points into the axe based aa haste attack and was wondering if anyone knows about what haste %  5 ranks would give me. i am thinking about speccing 4,5 in str / 4,4,8,8 in wis/ and 4,4,8 int. wasnnt sure if the 5 ranks in str might be more use to me than the fear immunity. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>thanks for any input.</DIV>
