Tap veins master 1, where does it drop?

Been trying to find any information on what mob has been known to drop this master. Has anyone seen a mob with this?<div></div>

Well, as much as I'd like to say that I think it's random; I don't think it's random. I mean I keep seeing the same SK masters on the brokers every day. Multiples of the same ones. Then others you never see. I don't know where it drops, wish I did cause then I'd have it. Seemingly the drops are way off balance.

I got mine off a exp group killing giants in PoF, random Master Chest.

Got mine from the 'bigbluething' named (don't remember his name) in the pit in the 2nd court in CoAA.<div></div>

Form a named hurting group to DOF Palace, my Drain Vitae and Tap veins master are drop from random pop MC or named MC here, sorry not sure drop from what mod my memeroy is bad.BonesmasherL70 Shadow KnightButchBlocker

I got mine off the first named in Poets Palace: The Return.  My server is also plagued by the same [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] SK masters showing up on the broker....Pestilent Touch, Nefarious Sacrement, etc Seem all to common.  Mortal Embrace too....people try to list that for 5-10pp...imo its not even worth the 2p for a adept 3 of it.  The 2 masters I really want but can never find are Pox Sword and Abominable Wrath.<div></div>

got the one for my sk in silent city. I think the masters are somewhat random in where they drop. Kinda weighted more towards certain zones.<div></div>
