Defense Stat

<DIV>Hey All </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Does anyone know what the cap is for +defense stat modifier? Also what else contributes to this stat besides gear that has it listed. I added another item that had a + defense and it didn't make any difference. Its not worth using this item if I have hit the cap already.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>Using defensive stance will give you added defense. I don't know if other classes has any buff abilities that will also add to your defense.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But +defense will add to your base avoidance which will cap at 80%. When equipping your +defense items, notice if your avoidance will go up. If it doesn't, you might be at the cap.</DIV>
