Crit heals?

<DIV>Pretty sure I can crit heal from a tap, correct me if I'm wrong.  What about our ward?  I haven't been paying attention much and would like to know.  Want to make sure the aa is worth getting.</DIV>

Clerics have a reactive heal that goes off our Spell's/CA's, that I think is the only instance of it working for us. <div></div>
