What T7 ranged item are good?

Totem of the Droag Watcher is a good one. +15str +18sta +21wis +15int +65 health +40 power +700 vs disease +700 vs magic +2 parry +2 defense. Drops off Korgo the Vaultkeeper in Vaults of El Arad. The other really nice item for SKs that I can think of is the Enspelled Vultak Eye. +10sta +20int +25 health +60 power +195 vs disease +195 vs poison Casts Rune of the Eye when equipped. Has a 10% chance to ward for 404 points of damage and increase disruption by 5.0 on a successful hostile spell. That one's crafted in nest. Not sure what from, though. <div></div>

If you really arent in love with the cobalt tablet, you might as well go with the enspelled vultak eye, its crafted in Nest of the Great Egg. I cant stress enough how important mitigation is, so until something with mitigation comes a long for my ranged slot, the cobalt tablet stays. <div></div>

At the rate SKs proc hostile spell effects, the Enspelled Vultak Eye's 400 point ward will most likely provide more protection than the 60 mitigation you get from the cobalt tablet.  I highly suggest getting that item crafter for you in Nest.  It requires the Chancellor's Head which shouldnt be more than 2-3pp on the broker.<div></div>

It all adds up, but I havent gotten mine made yet so I dont know, but mitigation is much more reliable on a raid. But I will use it once I get the sword of shielding, and vilucidaes shield. Thats a lot of wards to have fun with. <div></div>

sorry for the necro post, but wanted to check current opinion on t7 ranged slot items.  I'm continuing to try and get as much mitigation as possible, so hate to give up the +60mit on the tablet, but it's becoming apparent that I really need to decide how much I'm willing to give up in procs or stats for that mit.

depends what you need more, but the current revamped cobalt censer gives 114 mit and 20 wis, pearl version gives same but int rather than wis. T7 versions as you'd expect with the amazing itemisation present in EQ2 obviously dont give any mit.Symbol of Mystic Etchings gives a little over 200 crushing, although that drops from the three princes, so isn't easy to get hold of.personally i change depending on what and if im tanking, but i have grown attached to having the extra mit. its jsut nice to get your mit over 6k with out pledge or a summoner.EDIT: changed mit value to match the actual benefit given from : aITEM -1771483189 992606444:[Pristine Fashioned Cobalt Censer]/a<p>Message Edited by Xanoth on <span class=date_text>09-29-2006</span> <span class=time_text>02:48 PM</span>

A note on the enspelled vultak eye.. it does not reduce when mentored. A L70 sk mentoring to L10 will still get the 400pt ward.<div></div>

There are a few things that are still bugged when it comes to mentoring...Brok's Thermal Shocker can one shot named heroics at lvl 15 or so hehe.  Same with the SK helm from vaults...Thats one reason you can't pvp while mentored heh.<div></div>
