Best Gear for Level 50

I am a level 45 SK now and hope to ding 50 within the week.  I am saving coin right now and already have 4 cobalt clusters in my bank and I am saving for more.  I want to make sure all my gear is top notch so I am asking your advice.  Minus the jewelery what si the best gear I can buy or acquire or make for myself. 1.  Best armor for level 50?  Is it the Cobalt? 2.  Best Shield for Level 50? 3.  What weapon should I use?  Both 1 handed and 2 handed? 4.  What boots should I acquire?
