Best level 30-40 1 Handed Weapon?

Squiggy here again.  Was hoping to get quick advice on what is the best 1h weapon to get or quest for between say 30-40.  I used to go 100% of the time with a 2h weapon but I am finding that I am a much better player in PVP with a 1h and shield.  Give me more stuns / taunts / agro etc......  Thank you in advance for your advice.<div></div>
