<div>So any idea how to use this Achievement?  I trained it.  Created a hotkey.  But there is no maintained icon or spell icon when I cast it like other Group AE buffs.  It seems to just go away after 1 proc on a group mate.</div>

It's supposed to be only 1 (one) proc per groupmember. Read the discription. Not very useful AA but adds a short burst dmg for the group.<div></div>

<div></div>I read it.  I understand it is only 1 proc per group mate.  But what I am saying is it is only working on one group mate, period.  If a member is targetted only that person will get the buff.  It is a GROUP AE buff.   Understand?
