Sickening Decay is a Spell, not a Combat Art.  IIRC, when buying Apprentice IIs, our skills are split between two NPCs, as we have both Spells and CAs.  It's been a long time since I've thought about it TBH.  By level 20, Adept I should be the minimum quality of your skills IMO.  If you keep a list of your skill lineup handy and look for your upgrades a few levels ahead, it's easy to shop around and wait for a good deal on what you need - then you get all your upgrades cheap and have them ready and waiting when you level up.<div></div>
