Text says .<br />Improves the Mitigation reduction of Conjures Spells.<br />Effect:: adds +1strikethrough to fireseed<br /> <br />Since strikethrough does not effect spells is is this correct?<br />Or are both effects actually applying.<br />I do no see any extra damage from spells when useing this
