When trying to log on to Beta server, error message:<br /> <br />Your account lacks the necessary features to log on to this server.<br /> <br />Account status: Member paid through August 2019.<br />/beta command executed from Qeynos for several characters, and PoM for another. But cannot get to character screen on Beta due to above error message.<br /> <br />I can, however, log on to my spouse's account (to the Beta server) from the same computer with no problems.
