Question for you guys ... something what popped up my head while at work ... If ur tanking nast boss mobs ...  take Darathar as an example (not that i want to tank him, just a great example for a nasty riposted mob). He can easily oneshot a tank with it, so as tank attack off ... Now If we as a SK tank a similar mob ... we could actuallly cast our pet (it won't start melee for us), but since the pet will basically stand next/infornt of us it be plain sucide as it is melee dmg and it can ripost us ...  or am i stupid as usual and it isn't applying to pets. wouldn't it be better that our pet would auto spawn behind the mob ... <div></div>

Darathars AOE or tail lash would end a pet in a second.

<DIV>I thought group cures applied to pets in groups too hence your pet wouldnt die from from the AoE and tail lash is only applicable from behind bringing the OP's point  that the rippostes would obviously rip the pet a new corn hole.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Sadly positioning mobs is a part of pet management, and some big nasty x4s its not worth squirming around to allow your pet to hit from underneath in this case just isnt feasible.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But then if you are tanking darathar you arent doing much else might as well just recast the pet every 30 seconds <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>
