Just reached lvl26 SK on test, and found out you can cast Infernal Pact on yourself (Reactive life tap) However, unlike the description says, it proccess 5 times instead of 3. Dont know if this was intended, didnt see a patch note on it, but I did bug it just in case. Tho its better at 5 anyways .

Pets are 30 sec duration, not 36. but you can cast them while moving now

Message Edited by Sasaki Kojiro on 09-04-2005 07:54 AM

so how does the new ward compare to the old ward in your opinion guys?? also I understand we can no longer run and cast it , that kinda sucks considering I used to be able to run to the temple of cazic thule or through Lavastorm with out taking any damage because of it.

also I hear we can run and cast our pets now, hows that looking??any big advantage there??

I prefer the new style of reactive lifetaps. I think not only because it does damage but I guess i prefer watching my health go slightly up instead of staying still with a ward. Also taking the hit with the reactive gives a chance of imbued gear to go off even thou T6 doesn't have any imbued gear, atleast yet (Still want a Cobalt bp!). Not being able to run and cast the reactive does suck but i'm already used to it. Advantages of running and casting your pet; PVP arena chase, also after i cast an initial spell to pull a target (i have been using siphon strength or mana sieve) i run back to where i'm going to pull while casting my pet on it.

Does Mana Sieve cost any life or power to cast?

no life or no power, atleast i doubt it i don't see any power get taken away so if it does its single digit power cost. 34-35 power back every once in a while with the 1 minute recast isn't that great but still useful and worth the cast. But that is also app1 version of the spell i'm sure getting a adept3 will be better
