We have damage spells for pulling so I dont care about a bow.  The stats that the bows and quivers use is another issue all together.  Some of that stuff has some l33t stats.  I vote that the alchs get to make a bottle totem or something that goes into that slot.  Cloaks would be cool, but then everyone would [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] worse than when our horse didnt suck butt.

not neccecarily already having ranged skills to pull with, SK in EQ1 could use bows, just they didnt do crap worth of damaage, but were good for the stats. can be the same way here. I belive fighters should be alowed bows/shieths, yet they have a damage penalty, just like priests and mages with their weapon damage. Dont mine if a bow does 600dmg for a ranger and 200damage for me, with less skill too mabey.

seems a bit weird atm with SoE, and think the ranged weapon deceission is not final ... heard that Rogues are loosing their bows after the CC ... stupid imho ... keep it on the Scout class and take it off tanks ((but that would be like a call 2 nerf the brawlers and warriors, so bad as well). If it wouldn't be for the stats, I wouldn't really mind ... take the Yew bow ... awesome stats ...  I would be happy 2 have them, but nm SoE will sooner or later find a solution, especially if these extra ranged slot items give a major benefit in PvP ... Still ranged slots are def. not balanced yet, but it's not the end of the world ... <div></div>
