Doomfire: Vengeance of Ro [Heroic] [Solo]

[Talduke]

<span style="text-decoration: underline">Heroic</span>:<br /> <br />group makeup was - Shadowknight (tanking), Monk (Dps), Defiler, Warlock, Brigand, Coercer.<br /> <br />This zone was not too complicated, mobs felt easy to understand and figure out and we did not have any script bug issue. That being said we did have much higher dps than most pugs/groups might have. Our average group wide parse was about 5bil and named kill times where around 1min. id expect lesser geared groups to kill a bit slower than that with lower dps.<br /> <br />heals seemed okay, we had 1 defiler doing 19mil hps and he kept us all alive fine except for early on when we had figured out which ability was the one that needed to be blocked by tanks. I had 5mil hps from dark siphoning. <br /> <br />Power spiked alot but we had a coercer who seemed to be able to keep us more or less flowed. id expect slower burn groups to have a harder time as the power drain overcomes the coercers ability to power feed.

Hey Kander, <br /> <br />I picked apart the parse from that zone and I may have just put too much assumption on our coercers power feed role. looking at the zone wide the defiler was 13.8k, warlock was 17.5k, and coercer was 19k. it looks like the only major spikes were on Wrath of Ro right before we died, so maybe failure from missed Bulwark? These hit 4 of us for 370-470k power drain with an ability called Ire of Flame. On the kill pulls for each named the power drain from the bosses where as follows:<br /> <br />1st named - Wrath of Ro - 85.2k power drain per sec from Ire of Flame (52.8k max hit) 69 hits on 35s duration.<br />2nd named - Retribution of Ro - 88.2k power drain per sec, from Ire of Flame (85.8k max hit) 83 hits on 39s duration.<br />3rd named - Vengeance of Ro - 68.3k power drain per sec, from Ire of Flame (60.5k max hit) 96 hits on 1:14s duration.<br /> <br />These where manageable with our group but its hard to say if groups that don't have 3 power feeders and enough dps to kill quickly will fair well. hope this info is useful. <br /> <br />-Tal

This is my favorite zone, heroic or solo..<br /> <br />I didn't see any issues with drain and I have done this without a chanter. Gotta cure those detriments fast!

Solo Version (not sure if the flavor text is same in heroic):<br /> <br />Issue: Grammatical text from zone NPC error.<br /> <br />Details: After the death of the first named, the zone NPC states, "perhaps more potent..."<br /> <br />Solution: The "P" in "Perhaps" should be capitalized as it begins this sentence. All other statements made by this NPC were grammatically correct.<br /> <br />Sorry know this is nitpicking but it stuck out at me while running the zone. Love the zone and encounters so far, just thought I'd point out this item.
