Soulrend affect epics?

I have seen conflicting information about whether soulrend (our kick with a stun line) in beta it affects epics.  Can someone confirm whether or not it does.  We definitely need it too. <div></div>

In the current beta , no part of the skill says anything about epics, so i asume it does effect them, same as our shield bash skill. <div></div>
