So I have the app IV version of this ability that is common on the broker.  In this manifestation it does not effect epic targets.  Does anyone have an improved version?  I would be willing to use a ruby on it to improve it...but I want make sure I wouldnt be wasting my time... It is usually on the brokers on my server.  If you can't find it, get in touch with an alchemist and see if they can make it for you.  The default is app IV but it can be upgraded to Adept III.  You can use the spell starting at lvl 35.

After completing x amount of quests for one of the two factions the respective broker would sell you an Apprentice II version, which would be the default. You do not, however, need to complete said quests to scribe an Apprentive IV or Adept III.<BR>
