Unholy Strength question

Just dinged 47.6 and received Unholy Strength.  Scribed Adept 1 for it and then dropped Unholy Aura adpet 1 and cast Unholy Strength over it.  My strength did not seem to go up.  Is this a bug or am I casting Unholy Strength over the wrong buff.  The only other buff I have to cast over besides Malevolent Circle is Lucan's Infernal Bargain. <div></div>

I tried a bunch of different variations last night and noticed the adept 1 Unholy Strength wasn't working at all.  I took off all my buffs, pulled up the persona window, and then cast Unholy Strength.  Nothing.  No stat increase at all.  Anyone else have this problem?  I bugged it this morning.  <div></div>
