Soloing in the 30s

<DIV>As I'm in my mid-30s I'd be especially interested to hear about any solo experiences in EL and Zek.  I know I've been whooping yellow and orange con orcs, but white con fairies seem to have me for breakfast.  Higher level fish were dropping like flies, but even level wasps regularly stung me (curse that Quick Strike for 300 damage!).  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I guess a lot of it must be down to choice of tactics, but are there some mobs in these places that a shadowknight really isn't suited for?</DIV>

EL just seems to be that way for me too. (With my drige that is) So either it's us, or some mobs just aren't suited well to be taken out by melee characters. Been my experience that EL seems to have the most pronounced difference in same-con mobs. <div></div>

<P>I actually didn't have a problem on the fairys in EL when I was your level, the orcs in Zek caused more problems due to all the wonders that aggroed on you in middle of fight.  About the only advice I could give you is if you are fighting a non heroic group of fairies, make sure you take out the casters first, plus use your interrupts as much as you can.  I hope that helps some.  Also use your 30 defensive buff, you really don't lose that much dps vs the help on not taking damage.  If you already are using these tactics, then I am not sure what else to tell you.</P> <P>V/R</P> <P>Blackoath 40th Troll Shadow Knight</P>
