Becoming Shadowknight - Crusader lvl19 Serpents Sewer - Help needed

<DIV>I am trying to get though Serpents Sewer to kill some of the criminals there but I can't make it. There are too many mobs. I can't find anyone to high enough to group with and so I am stuck at being level 19 for a LONG tim</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I don't know why a progression quest would force you to group since if you can't find a group you can't progress. I even tried to get my characters level up to 20 but it seems you can't level up until you get this quest done.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Has anyone ever completed this quest solo? Does anyone know how any suggestions on how I can find a group lvl 22+ . <P>You ought to be able to sprint to the zone in for the quest.  Not all mobs will be aggro to you at 19, and the ones that are wont genneraly kill you before you make it to the zone.</P> <P>I reccoment finding a map, or using the map UI mod at eq2interface.com and planning exactly how you are going to get there, and just sprint.</P> <P>Most or all of the SKs have completed this quest solo.  You ought to be able  to as well.</P>

<DIV>oo i remember that feeling.  think i was at the point of deleting too.  so many failed runs and being eaten by filthy moccasins!!  i just managed to get lucky after an evening of /ooc's in the theives way.  Think i caught someone who was hoping for an AQ group to go into edgwater drains (now that really is hopeless!!).  He helped me get past the snakes and such.. actually after that first room it was pretty clear for most of the run.  you'll be pleased to know the actuall boss fight is easier than the journey there!!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Not so long ago i found myself in the role of helper - I found a lvl 19 crusader wanting to get to the storeroom... took pity on him remembering my hours of pain and torment, and whacked everything between him and the door <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>One possible solution - try and find some other SKs around freeport.  they've all had to do this one, and i'm pretty certain a fair percentage had a rough time of it too!  Aside from spreading fear and hate wherever we go, some of us can be pretty charitible (dare I say even protective) when it comes to other SKs.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you're on Steamfont look me up (main is Elendur btw) and I'll help ya out <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>
