It wasn't in the notes, at least I didn't see it in the notes, but you can no longer have both Tainted and Cursed ("the bird and the [Removed for Content]") Sacraments up on the same mob at the same time—if you try to cast a second pet you'll get the "would not have taken effect" rubbish.

I don't suppose that it was ever intended to have been possible, but oh well . . . it was nice, for longer fights.

Message Edited by vwlssknght on 06-29-2005 06:16 AM

Maybe this has to do with the buffstacking issue? Buffs or spells of the same line aren't stacking at the moment so I guess this also affects our bird+[Removed for Content].

That would make sense.
Message Edited by vwlssknght on 06-29-2005 06:39 AM

Lol, I never knew that we could get 2 pets up at the same time. Bad habit from 6 years EQ1 that I assumed that we cannot have 2 pets up at once..

In fact, it makes sense for us not to have 2 pets at once if its of the same line.. But interesting to hear that we could have 2 pets up at once before.. Thanks for the tip even though its nolonger true anymore.

Can you cast the pet on two different mobs? I usually only cast the [Removed for Content] on lower level adds when the bird is up. Is it still possible to add the pet to a different mob?

Well, as it stands now, both pets can, once again, be cast simultaneousy. So, live it up until it gets nerfed!
