Siphon Strength Fixed?

Ya it worked, stacked with self buffs, still only lasts a whopping 30 sec tho so not gona be on my must blow power list any time soon.

The Adept3 always worked it seems, yet of course the spell itself still sucks. <div></div>

Yeah, they finally fixed it, too bad the duration is so short that its not even worth having on a shortcut bar.
