Well it works but dont stack, so no kinda.

My Adept3 Siphon Strength stacks with my other buffs, however my app4 did not.  Also, even though it does stack it's pretty worthless.  There are currently far better ways to spend your power.  Wait until the combat changes, this spell line may be alot more useful after that. <div></div>
