<DIV>I have a level 14 crusader, currently aligned with qeynos. Looking at the boards and my current abilities, I am begginning to realise that paladins may not be for me.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have a level 24 assassin, wood elf, which meens I have betrayed before. The last time I did it, I thought it was a complete waste of my time, to only go to a class that seems to be doomed by level 35.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So, I ask you: If I want particulary more DPS, with at least decent soloability, and some pretty nice abilites while I am at it, should I betray? Or are SK not that great and I should stay as pally or reroll to monk or bruise?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thx!</DIV>

<DIV>Sks have decent dps as far as tanks go we can solo well. However our lifetaps are pretty bad as is our power consumption. Just by reading this it sounds like youd be happier being a bruiser. I say this because you seem to like want dps the most and they get some pretty nice skills.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Terrorcon 47 ogre sk of blackburrow</DIV>

<P>I have a SK lvl 32 and I don't rate the solo ability as high. Sure you can kill greens pretty easy but thats boring. Trying to take on heroics solo is pretty much a waste of time also.</P> <P>I'm lvl 32 and spawned the Tarby quest the wolves 28 heroic greens about 8 of them beat me down bad, I had to break the encounter and run.</P> <P>I saw a 30 Paladian solo a 26 heroic mob outside of Ruins of Varsoon (rov) I'm quite certain that at the same level even with harm touch I might have been beaten quite handsomly. Bottom line is I think Paladins solo more effectively than SK's as their heals seem a better power offset than the damage SK's are able to deal.</P> <P>However I would NOT trade my SK for a Paladin ever, I just really like the class and I don't particularly care if SK's are not the highest DPS, or that you may or may not be able to solo with them etc.. etc.. I'm having a ton of fun and groups want me to tank for them, I'm a happy fighter.</P> <P>Good luck I hope you find a class that you like to play.</P>

They get very nice DPS and can tank also, from what I've read a bruiser has more solo ability than an SK.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
