You could always hang onto it until Level 26 and upgrade Infernal Pact.

They are about to rework spells, so I am holding off on adept3ing anything else.  But, I would have said Rescue.  It currently has no replacement and doesn't master.

Being a 44 alchemist and 46 shadowknight i get to preview ( at least when alchemy was higher then my level ) the spell upgrades (adept III) versus my current and purchasble choices. and to be honest, i was sad to see only a few points of increase in the rescue adept III spell <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> so i'd have to suggest against upgrading it ( assuming the spell text is accurate) although many people complain it rarely works (I tend to agree) so i'd hold off on it unless someone with experience with it, has something to say. <div></div>
