We need a pulse buff

<DIV>After watching mobs beeline for the chanter in a raid last night on many pulls, I'm thinking that a self or group pulse buff is exactly what we need to help establish/maintain agro.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Talking with a guardian friend, I finally found out why he was stealing agro from me without taunting.  One of their arsenal of buffs, is a pulsing self-haste ability.  33% haste for a pulsing power cost.  If SKs are designed to be DPS/MT buffers and guardians are designed to be MT/low dps, I think it makes sense that we get that haste ability.  We could really use a second group buff though.</DIV>
