<DIV>I do not see this adding any str to me at all.  Is this normal?  In a few casts it also lowers my str by 6.  Is there a thread to report bugs for SK spells?  I submitted this ingame but not sure if any one else has seen this.</DIV>

Try either using the search feature, or just look at one of the many other threads about this topic on the first page, before posting a new one. It is rather annoying to see a lazy bastage just make a post without doing any research whatsoever.
