<P>Ooooo...ok..just a thought as I am sitting at work twiddling my thumbs.  Seems as though the biggest reason that i have seen across all the threads about why guardians make the best raid tanks is their defense.  I know many say holding aggro, but it seems that if you read up on thier boards they have many of the same issues in that regard.  So that little snipit of cahnges to the effectiveness of defense buffs rings of class balancing  ALL fighters (as originally promised) to be able to tank end game just as effectively.  Dunno...just a thought <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P> </P> <P>Vaxis Shadowmoon</P> <P>33 ShadowKnight - Nektulos   </P>

Fact is their taunts generate more aggro than other classes. But SKs in our turn generate more aggro by using damage spells/abilities. Since many guardians pick a slow weapon over a fast they do slower damage than many SKs. Passive damage dealing also generates aggro, many times guardian looses aggro simply because he forgot to taunt, and he won't regain it by fighting, he has to taunt. We can taunt, fight and jump around to get back our aggro (hoping that would change) but in battles we can hold aggro alot better by less taunting and more damage dealing (if our power permits) <div></div>

<LI>"Changes to the effectiveness of skill buffs like Defense"</LI> <LI><FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#cc00ff size=2>I hope this does not mean nerf; loss of defense is going to hurt all fighter classes mostly because mitigation and avoidance will not save us when getting hit by MOB specials repeatedly.  :smileysad:</FONT></LI>
