<div></div> <div></div>I've only been left out of raids on my call...I've tanked raid mobs, adds...why? Because I talked to my guild leader and asked him to give me a chance, thankfully I'm not in an elitist uber guild, just and uber guild.  Now I switch off with guardians for tanking. Does it require a little more healing? Yes. Can we do it? Yes. Can we put out 150+ DPS? Yes. Does doing these things require knowledge of your class, usually moreso than other classes? Yes. Is the game designed to force guilds to leave people out of raids, no amtter what past a certain point? God yes. Does it suck?
