No Condemning Spirit at 27.6

<DIV>I hit 27.6 the other night (27.66 as of last night) and I did not get Condemning Spirit as a spell...is this something they have changed? I did not even get a notice I had hit mini-ding.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any thoughts appreciated.</DIV>

I think Condemning Spirit comes at 27.8 ... if I remember right you get three skills at level 27 spread through the level

<P>I have a theory.</P> <P> </P> <P>You get it at .50 now  (turned it after patch).</P> <P> </P> <P>I bet you were above .50 before patch but not to .80 yet.  Thus somehow you lost your spell.</P>
