Has anyone seen any, or know where I could find a list of the new spells and combat arts that were introduced? Very little was said in the patch notes other than the fact that they apparently only drop in the "bloodlines" zone. Any info/ links to info would be much appreciated. <div></div>

Doom Judgment:  Area effect attack, similar to Cruel Intent, on the same timer. Required Skill:  Faith (Crusader): 175 Decrease Damage per Second of targets in AOE by 2% Inflict 497 Crushing damage on targets in area Does not affect epic targets. Upside:  Sexy damage for an ae, quick cast, moderate power cost. Downside:  Makes the recast 300 seconds for Cruel intent.  Basically, it makes one of your current skills do a big blast of ae damage, but gives it a 5 minute recast timer.  Well worth it for infrequent ae in groups, not worth it for soloing/farming.  Nice option. <div></div>

I recently acquired this spell and was so excited looking at the dmg -- about 332 dmg at Apprentice II on a 39 Shadowknight I ended up going to get the Adept III spell of this made:  436 dmg on 6 targets Only problem right now is that the spell hits for the same amount that the Apprentice 2 version does Tested this with several mobs of different levels and the numbers are always consistent Anyone else tried this yet? <div></div>

I havent, given that I've already got Unending Pain.  Would consider it a waste of an Opal for me at this point.  However, post your findings over on the Broken Skills post so that it can make the "official" list. <div></div>

I think it sucks that Doom uses same timer as Cruel Intent. I don't know if Paladin has any AE attack. If they don' t then doom won't cost them any paladin spell for same timer then they are lucky. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I think Cruel intent should be on separate timer due to the fact that doom has LONG recast time. Cruel will do more damage than Doom in 5 min time frame easily..

Ahh thanks Krion. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Yeah, sounds fair enough. Too bad I still use cruel intent full time and that new doom is still hardly used at all. Only dmg 285ish AE for app 4 whiel cruel does nearly 150 dmg (adept 1) and recast is only 30 sec. Doom recast is 5 min. I can cast cruel 10 times totalling almost 1,500 dmg AE approx vs 285 dmg that doom would offer. Not a good upgrade heh.

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=3>Power cost of Cruel Intent is around 60 at Adept 1 Doom judgement is 57 so if you do Cruel 10 times is 600 power drain that's not a great advantage IMO that's why I use Doom, more dmg less power drain</FONT>

I don't care if you are pally or SK with a recast timer that long it should not grey out other spells.
