Shared Timer Stealth Nerfs from March 21st Patch?

<DIV>Please correct me if I'm mistaken about this but Faithful Swing and Wild Swing are now sharing the same re-use timer, as well as Sickening Decay and Assault.  Is this a new development, or was I oblivious to it before?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Wild swing and Faithful swing have shared the same timer since I made my SK (so at least a couple months).  Same with Sickening Decay and Assault. <div></div>
