If you loot on the premise of NBG, you have a moral obligation to use the drop and not sell it. Anyone else in the group I'm sure would have been happy to loot it and sell it as well. Then again, your feelings about etiquette and morality are different from whether the spell is useful or not, and I don't know if you agree with me that you should be obligated to use it.
