Master 1 Siphon Strength

Hi I am on Najena server I have this Master 1 for sale But not sure a fair price can ya guys give me an honest average price for this ?

Because that pp is better served in an item that actually is beneficial. Would you spend he PP in armor upgrade that will halp you tank or a spell that doesn't work?  Most everyone will buy things that are usefull now not later. Sorry just the way things are.  Maybe a SK that has lots of pp will buy it;  but let me warn you, not may of us up there compared to other classes.  Also remember pp is scarce.  We repair daily due to raid deaths and we share loot amingst 24 people.  Not much profit just fun.   That is another issue.
