Unholy Order (Adept III)

probabily not much of an upgrade...my decree of decay barely got any better from app2 to adept3.

I find that a spells effect itself is not increased greatly by an upgrade to adept 3, but if a spell effects an enemy, there is a noticable difference in resistance rate. Our lvl 50 AC debuff despoiling mist was resisted by everything quite a bit, even grey mobs, when I originally got it. When I upgraded from app1 to ad 3 it only increased the AC debuff by 100 points or a bit less, which I was very disappointed with, but it does land a lot more frequently on high lvl mobs now I have noticed.
