This spell is awarded at lvl 108.... and it cures arts of a max level 106 at apprentice lvl.<br />The min level should be AT LEAST the lvl of the toon receiving the art, even at apprentice lvl. There is no reason that an ablity, at any quality, should be useless when it is awarded/earned.
