<DIV>Has anyone actually seen this proc? I was using this in a group all yesterday and I never got the voracious soul to proc from this spell. Instead I got the Voracious soul (same name and same effect but with lower values as the Infernal Pact proc) from decree of decay to proc for about 10 damage and 10-12 hp heal. I was thinking maybe decree of decay was messing it up since they both have the same proc but with different values.</DIV>
